Guru Pant - Khaki

I have purchased quite a few Boom Shanker guru pants... but these ones were a disappointment. Not the best material. They seem to be degrading in quality each time I purchase them.

I stumbled on this store when visiting Byron bay from Perth and bought a pair of these in Rust wear them to death. Love the colour of these and having options. I don’t doubt I will eventually buy another colour

So incredibly disappointed. Noticed a hole big enough to see on first glance and contacted company straight away. They directed me to the returns and exchange portal where I put in the details of the fault in the portal. The portal told me to get another pair exactly the same without a gaping hole I need to pay the return postage and full price after I bought them on sale online. I didn’t think this could be right so emailed them again and received the same generic email saying to go through the portal
I also bought a pair of navy pants, Eva and Hana pairs. The navy have a completely different sizing and don’t fit (the other 3 do). Again, seemingly I need to pay postage and pay full price now to get the correct sized pants. The Eva plants are not my colour at all so tried to return them and again, pay for postage (even though I have to send back a pair with a hole in them and one with the wrong tag on them) to the same company address. I can’t contact a person to actually talk to on the phone, rather just the same generic email stating ‘Big love. Big life’ and love emojis. It is so disappointing given I have had 4 pairs of guru pants to now. Love them all but always bought in store so never an issue. It’s so miserable when companies who started off small and amazing become so consumed by making money their customer care becomes non-existent post sales. I made a purchase for myself for Christmas after a really difficult year:, something I would never normally do and it’s left me feeling really disheartened in a comony who sells itself on big love’. Would love someone to actually contact me before I run out of time according to the policy to return them and actually receive a store credit (no refund required of course). So disappointed.
